Minibrute 2 muiltitracked ambient demo

video upload by Konrad Paulsen

"When i was researching for the Arturia Minibrute 2, i hardly find any good ambient demos for the Minibrute 2, that show its softer side. So when i got mine, and after having some special time with it, enjoying it, i decided to do this little classic ambient multitracked demo for the Minibrute 2, for other people to help to understand how versatile the Minibrute 2 can sound, and that is much more capable of, than the raw aggressive tones. The trick is to simply keep the osc waveform mix levels under or around 50%. A bit above and the audio path starts to overdrive, which also can be nice (as you can hear with the bass coming in) if used dosed.

All 4 tracks were recorded track by track into Ableton Live. Reverb and Delay provided by Source Audio excellent Nemesis and Ventris, some Valhalla Supermassive, and some Vintage Tape Effect crackling from 'Origin' a freeware plugin from Cymatics.fm.

The nature video footage is from my late fall vacation at the baltic sea."

Testing Waldorf M #2

video upload by Konrad Paulsen

"I started to work on my next album, and while working on my own custom presets for the M, i stumbled across these sounds, and i decided to do another short 'testing' video. Enjoy. FX are from the excellent reverb pedal "R1" from Walrus Audio. I added a few pictures from our family trip to the zoo, to keep everything fresh. The short drum sequence is from Sonic Charge Microtonic, my alltime favorite drumsynth."

Testing Waldorf M

video upload by Konrad Paulsen

"Yesterday i got this beauty, today i had a few hours to testdrive it for the first time. I never had a Microwave formerly, so this is my fresh take on this classic remake by Waldorf.
I already love this synth."

This one was spotted and sent in via Soviet Space Child.
